Just to let you in on my geeked-out moment…
Obviously, I started messing around with my blog again, after months of hiatus. My regular blogfriends know I updated daily, back in the old days. I slowed over time and blog moves. And after getting this one set up, I dropped completely off the face of blogdom. But hey, I had a baby. I didn’t have time to mess with figuring out this self-hosted blog thing.
But in the last few days I figured this thing out. I got a gallery set up about how I like it. I got a background theme I’m enjoying. (Though I’d like to know why it wants to put a space after every freakin’ apostrophe. That is the theme not my doing.) I figured out how to schedule posts to publish at a later date. I got WordPress updated to the latest version. And I got my stats working finally, so I can see confirmation of the site traffic.
In a word…I am geeked OUT.
And I did this all while bottle feeding, burping, entertaining baby, changing massively poopy diapers, washing laundry, washing bottles, grocery shopping, cleaning, and just all around practicing being MOM.
Yes…I am a domestic and computer GODDESS.
(Owch…think I pulled a muscle reaching around to pat myself on the back.)
